Why wouldn't he stare at her, she's stunningly beautiful, sweet, funny, intelligent, possibly the greatest voice in popular music today and he's married to her.

Everything about Imelda is amazing and she makes me proud to be Irish.

@tumadoireacht sometimes it's just natural for people to sing in more neutral accents while singing. like the beatles, for example. :)

@tumadoireacht I can only think of two artists/performers who sing in their "own" accent - Dolores O'Riordan from The Cranberries and the boys from The Proclaimers. I've listened to quite a lot of Imelda's songs and if anything her accent is more neutral than most. Although the odd word comes out pure Dub which I think makes her even more real.

Imelda's gig in Helsinki was fantastic!!! She and the band really rocked the town. I love her music! I really look forward to new album.

i think shes great i,m a rockabilly and have been all my life i think the best thing is that immelda has managed to get rockabilly well known again as the stray cats did in the 80s and people that didnt even know rockabilly existed now do anyone who can do that is number 1 in my book

well done immelda and well done to her partner for taking a backseat although brilliant too you have really put rockabilly out there for all to see good on ya!

Thanks so much for posting this. I was turned onto the Imelda May Band through Jeff Beck. I am thrilled to see such true and soulful "real" talent here on U TUBE. I am a big instant fan and can't wait for your USA tour which will come.
