lol this guy has sent me messages threatening me. What a clown. He goes around talking smack about tools that out do his by a long shot. Then gets threatening when someone who has actually tested his junk gimmick calls him on it. Just get over it! Your tool is junk. Your personality is a-holish, and pray I don't show up at your door. looking to try windshield repair? Call Delta Kits. You can't go wrong. The tools are solid. The tools are developed by actual science..not some asshat in his garage
one other thing. You only use one or two drops per repair? Do you tink we are all blind? I watched you squirt 1/4 of your bottle into that thing for a tiny chip repair. Watch him squeeze his resin bottle 3 or four times forcefully. Thats called squirting, not drops. Also look at the hassel it is to adjust that tool for the edge of the windshield. And look at that dangly woods pump.
wayyyyy tooooo much pressure...5lbs is all u EVER need. 14lbs??? are you kidding me??? If you use this tool, make sure your liability waiver is in place on your invoice. Make sure its signed. You'll be telling alot of customers "well, sorry about that! It cracked out!!! Well, it was broken anyways, and I'm not responsible for failed repairs." For any aspiring windshield repair techs, look up Delta kits...I am not affiliated with them in any way. I have used most tools out there. This tool's odd.
Uhhhmmm..I am a windshield tech....that tool looks like it works as good as anything I guess....I happen to do alot of repairs near the edge of the windshield...that tool would never reach....an injector in the middle of the tool instead of on the end is...well....I guess "retarded" comes to mind....did you actually design this? I might try your resin though...cause that is what creates the "clear" repair.not the limited design of the tool.the way resin is added to the injector is also wastfull
@stihlcarven Tell you what, I'll show everyone in the world it is you who is "retarded" using the tool you use. I'll take you on anytime , just call and set up a time. We'll film the repairs, time and quality and show them on you tube.
Respond to this video... We only add one or two drops of resin to injector after each repair. All unused resin stays in injector. Wasteful is spending big money for G-3 when our tool will blow it out of the water any day of the week.
Good Job, Clear and concise, Only an idiot would bring up some what ifs...? Clearly not Educated... And you are dead on right about the Physics end of the tools capabilities...THNX
air pressure values can be checked by watching your local weather. Our vacuum pumps put out 28 inches of vacuum so we don't need an indicator to show it. The wood's pump pulls out the air presure,
also let me mentioned that if you inject resine with alo of pressure into the bulls eye you can easy expand the damage and you can also open more web legs or star legs.
mmm,air pressure? how if the glass its allready broken?.if you really are a real business man were are your maners?,also forgive me for my writing but mi native lenguage is espanol or spanish to you.
There is air pressure on everything in this world. The break in the glass is full of this air pressure. The tool removes the air pressure before the resin contacts the glass. The injector is lowered within the tool and the resin is injected directly into the evacuated pocket in the glass. Get it?Any resin on glass type system is a stupid joke. Not only do you cap off nearly fourteen pounds of air pressure you seal in any moisture.
now you get it?,now you are talking in good maners and this is the way you should talk to clients. you are talking 14 pounds of pressure right?,i can't see how can you measure that info with out any pressure device attached.and also thank you for all the info.
real life bulls eye are alot diferent, you are doing this demo using a similar windshield but not the real deal.also bulls eye are exposed 100% to weather and other contaminants, did you use you car allways under a roof?.of course not !.
You are wrong about any system can do a chip. Resin on glass systems trap all moisture and cannot get all the air from a break most of the time. Look into the real science of vacuum injection molding to find out how far off base you are with resin on glass systems.
If anyone out there thinks a conventional tool is as good you're kidding yourself. Ask anyone into physics and they will laugh at you if you tell them how windshields were fixed with resin on glass systems.
yes this tool will do cracks as well. Cracks are over rated though. Many are contaminated and some even if done perfectly won't look right. Stick to bulls-eyes, stars and cracks under eight inches.

How would you compare your tool to the GlasWeld's G3 kit?

This tool works the best outdoors. I have many people I know who use this tool and it will outperform anything out there.

Any system will repair a chip, but repairing cracks is another story. how does your system do on those, why not show a crack repair?
EZ4089 2 years ago
Crack repair is easy with this tool. Crack repair is highly over rated. Most of the cracks are contaminated. Get a clue.
HydrogenMike54 2 years ago
what about 6 inch or more cracks?
EZ4089 2 years ago
Very easy, but only do them when uncontaminated. Most people saying they do a lot of cracks don't many good ones. Most of them are contaminated.
