I disagree. They were best friends, lovers, soulmates. They were everything to each other.  By all means...watch the series from start to finish. It's impossible not to see it. At the end of the series Lucy stated...they were a couple...totally.

It was alluded to that they MIGHT have been, but it seemed more to me that kisses shared were during intense moments, not actually sexual ones. They had a very intense friend/sister/daughter/peer/me­ntor/student relationship that hinted to sexual, but I think that was more a by-product of everything emotional and physical they shared. Xena seemed to very much prefer the boy crowd for that.

Yea,that's why You can do videos about them being lovers or friends and it's ok.

I never saw them as lovers,but I do enjoy some of the subtext videos, and I made a G/A video series.I think it's more of a subtext thing then a friendship thing.I just cant seem to find any good songs that would show the friendship point of veiw as opposed to the subtext when i make the MV.When i do stories, It can go either so it doesnt matter much.Check out my new video.

I haven't seen Xena in years but the crucifixion scene has always stuck with me. I think it is one of the best shows. That clip you made, I can't believe it, but it made me cry (how pathetic) but the song and the clip were so moving, esp if you watched the show and remember what a loving and intense relationship Xena and Gabrielle had.
