I was born in Wales I heard this singing every sunday from the Local chapel. No words are sufficient to described how beautiful this upload is to my ears. Thank you so much Fav for sure
@40thegardener2 its all disappeared from most of Cymru just like the beautiful language, parts of shropshire spoke welsh until WW2 and now look how much has changed, my great gran was a monoglot welsh soeaker and now I am having to relearn my mother tongue ...its pitiful situation. But things should be looking better soon :)
thank you for posting this.... this is Katherine at her best...singing Welsh and sacred music.... also love the way she has supported the troops. she may very well become the Vera Lynn of World War III
I have to give credit where it's due-- she's actually not bad here. Still no Callas, Bartoli, or Ludwig, or...! But if I were to judge her as an average "church singer," this is actually quite impressive! So what went wrong between then and now? How did she manage to mistreat her voice so badly to turn it into the wreck it is today?
Those who take seriously Love will hear and feel His heart in Jesus beat within
such that they would burst if they did not express what resides within.

A wonderful song, sung by a fabulous singer! And the people of Morriston were pretty good too ....

The singing as always is wonderful - the tune, however is American composed by R S Lowry from Chicago
