You should use no less than 2 oz per minute for that engine. If you cannot dial the SmartSmoker down low enough then some restriction by reducing tube size would not hurt at all.

Hi I just purchased a TME Smart Smoker System. I have a 160FX OS on a Pitts Special ASM. The flow of oil looks like it sucks a lot of oil, can I reduce the flow by reducing the tube size or will it damage the pump?
