You can do week 2. It is hard but it is good to push yourself. You can save the repeats to the harder weeks. ;) I, too, will be starting my classes for my RN degree in the summer. My ultimate goal is to be a NP but baby steps. You can do it, Amber. I believe in you.

We have a lot in common. So glad you decided to go back to school! You CAN do it! I did not go back to college until I had 2 kids. I graduated at age 28. I plan on going for my master's starting this summer or fall. So guess we will both be in school! Woo-hoo!!

I would go to week 2, and if you have to stop, just continue doing week 2 until you can do it without stopping. I am always nervous advancing a week, but so far, I have not stopped before time. You will surprise yourself. Congrats on committing to your first 5K! I have 2 scheduled in Feb and March. I am excited, nervous, etc. I know I won't be able to run the whole thing, but I am excited to just complete it. Not something we could have done pre-op! Yippee!!

You CAN repeat it but I wouldn't yet. Push yourself. It's only 30 more seconds ... YOU CAN DO IT!! OK for your skin ... Zinc ... add a 50 mg zinc daily. Cool ... I didn't realize you were going to be an RN. That's so cool. I wish I had taken a career path in the medical field. Cheers! Tom
