  • i can do that and im 9 years old........SHE SOUKS!!!!. i can do way more than that

  • What kind of training and exercises do you do for chin ups?

I want to be able to do chin ups and seeing another female do them is really inspiring, any advice?

  • love the faith no more "epic' playing in the background

  • Awesome Video! keep up that good money!

  • From behind, she reminds me of Rebecca Black for some reason... :D

  • shes 12 damn shes hotttttttttttt

  • ...But don't forget she probably only weighs like 120 pounds or something--very light-weight. it's a different thing for a guy like me, who weighs around 170-175. Plus i bet i can do twice the amount that this girl does. (last time I counted I did about twenty-eight of them, and the minimum number required for the Navy Seals is seven.)

  • @Foxtrot323 SEXIST.

  • @AndyHarglesis its true man...guys have more muscle than girls. That's a scientific FACT. U must be retarded if u didnt know that...

  • @Foxtrot323 Anyone who believes government science are retards...

  • @Foxtrot323 And by the way you explain your "intelligence", I'm safely going to assume that you have no idea what you're talking about.

All girls can do anything they want.

  • @AndyHarglesis Dude OMG are u serious?!?!?!?! It's a known fact that a man naturaly has mor muscles in his body than a woman. That's the way our chemistry is. Sorry if u dont like it, maybe u should take it up with GOD...as for your last comment yes i happen t know what I'm talking about because my father is a doctor and he even confirmed my statement: MALES have more muscle than FEMALES. Also, why do u think that BY LAW only men are able to join the NAVY SEALs??? Because they have more muscle!!

  • @Foxtrot323 Muscle alone isn't everything... don't you know that more than 50% of strength is neuromuscular and mental? It's not from physical mass itself. Also explains why body builders are muscular, but weaker than power lifters, which are less muscular.

And that "NAVY SEALS" law is going to change very soon, trust me.

  • @AndyHarglesis yeah u just keep telling yourself that my friend... anyone narrow-minded enough to believe that females are equal in every way to males and that there's nothing a woman cant do that a man can do is fooling themself...

  • @Foxtrot323 Females are 100% equal... I'll never deny it and no one should ever as well.

It is my JOB to assure NO ONE thinks lesser of females, as they are 100% equal in every way...

    Learn sense. :P

You're the only "fooling" here, being that a fool.

  • @AndyHarglesis U r dumber than i thought u were my friend...

  • @Foxtrot323 Stay delusional!

  • @AndyHarglesis Ok smartass let me ask u this: Why dont u take a woman like, say, a power lifter and put her in the middle of a game of tackle football against men that weigh in the neighborhood of around 250 pounds and let me know how that turns out. If women are as strong as men (as u're boyish mind seems to believe) then a woman should easily be able to survive 200-pound men that are twice her size being piled atop her like dominoes. Face it: MEN ARE STRONGER. PERIOD.

  • @Foxtrot323 Sexist.

  • @AndyHarglesis Yeah I'm right so u call me a sexist just becuase I'm stating fact (u know its true, dont try to deny it). Looks like i won this debate queer...now go play with yourself and keep your delusions to yourself because when u declare things that arent true it tends to make u look like and idiot.

  • Very strong girl! How old is she? How long has she been training?

  • @512krys

She's 12. She's being doing high intensity strength training for about a year now.

  • @fbd2002 Wow! Already that strong at only 12? That's simply amazing! I hope to see a video update soon.

  • good job!

  • Good job Sierra! How's she doing at them now? Any progress?

  • Thanks. Still doing High Intensity strength training once a week. Working on getting one additional chin. Hope to post soon.
