  • Such incredible musicians! They had it all.

  • Amen to that Babylonandonagain.

  • After all is said and done this is Japan at the top of their game. It's such an unbelievably good live take of a difficult studio production in the first place. Massive talent and irreplaceable originallity. Lovin it now and forever.

  • Mick Karn. Cool as fuck. RIP

  • Magnificent performance! This gets better every time I see it.....

  • Amazing to see this and to see Mick Karn and the bass so up front; visually and in the mix. Masami Tsuchiya's guitar brought a lot of kinetic energy to Japan's sound. His style really reminds of Adrian Belew.

  • Now y'all know where Crimson went to steel from....

    WORD!

  • @DominickBlack Don't be silly

  • this was right at the end, and unfortunately although there is nothing wrong with the performance, you can sense that all is not well between david and mick. a shame that a woman came between a fantastic group of musicians. typical X

  • @hub1971 - Totally agree, when this happens we usually call them a 'Yoko'.

  • @jezzyby47 spot on dude. still a shame though. X

  • Wow..Jansen is just great on this track. I always thought there was a lot of tape playing along here.. Well I guess not! I find very under rated as a percussionist. One of my all time favorites.

  • Thanks for posting this with the full ending. Great stuff

  • So cool to see the whole video on youtube! Thanks a lot

  • Anyone interested in music with artistic values should possess Japan's 'Tin Drum' album. It's a masterpiece!

  • They were brilliant from the Quiet life album onwards really and even a few tracks on obscure alternatives were almost there, Rhodesia especially.

  • @jezzyby47 I also loved their early Glam/Dolls era.....influenced another fave band of mine from then......Girl

  • @ajittffcure

The Quiet Life album is better. In Vogue is one of Japans best.

  • genios!!!!
