this function of google is quite disturbing me. lets say that i and my buddy half earth away are searching the same question. And we both get different results according what googls algorythm thing is better for us, where i do have a sure that google isnt hidding something from me? Like in China? How could i be sure. In the 'old' days (just few years) was enough to ask in english, now the results are filtered according to geographical location and even the anonymizers wont change that.

This is just a guess (because im to lazy to actually go check it out) but it's possible that there are only differences in results for things such as activities, airlines, politics ects however a fact is fact where ever you go around the world that fact will remain the same for example: " when did micheal jackson die" or wtv. All am saying is that you shouldn't be "disturb" about the internationalization of Google Search result pages around the world. :p

@shady4tv Google Chrome came out in beta on 2 September 2008 and is now already out of beta on both Windows, Mac and Linux, now all with extensions.
