Also heres a tip. In the mission where you need to Blow up the Artilary, Just before you enter the last building with the four pillars you can use the machine gun on the left to kill an infinite amount of Helghast acroos the street.

Its best to play and finish the game. That allows for mission select to become available. You can just go from mission to mission killing as you go. Personally a playthrough on Elite got me there XD

You wouldnt happen to know if you have to play a complete mission for the kill to register in stats would you? I'm on 10/14 and have no idea what ones I have missed. Ive done upto Sulaman Bridge east on your playthrough and have just skipped when the section is complete. None have registeres so not sure if I have these ones so far or if you have to play the complete mission for it to register as I am pretty sure I didnt have the Sulaman Bridge East melee.

idky but killzone was a game that i couldnt get into! i hate the way the player reacts to controller input. It feel very slow! Kinka like after you have been hit by a stun grenade, but all the time! over all the graphics and everything seem to be awesome but the game play IMHO fail so bad!

its a different kind of gameplay. the way youre thinking of it at first glance is "woah, why are the controls so unresponsive?". Killzone is made with the controls to be very heavy on purpose, to give a predominant sense of weight. Play the game again, and turn your sensitivity all the way up. Trust me, after the first level, you'll be totally adapted and you wont even notice. Now, i prefer that heaviness. Its more realistic. You'll get used to it in no time. Dont miss out on this game.

You don't need to play to the next checkpoint. Kill a High, wait a hand full of seconds, exit and select the next destination shown in the vid.
