its good, but u got to practise to a metronome. Plus, dont pick up the bass if your a guitarist. Its pretty obvious that you play, or have played guitar with the technique that your using

I'd recommend you to get a metronome because you lose tempo very fast. Certainly it is a lot of improvisation and randomstuff, but you can begin improving tempo.

if you can't get a metronome, a rythm box would be perfect too...

I disagree with rhcpbass15, I think that you should actually practice slower and try to concentrate more on becoming familiar with the piece(s) you're working on by slowing down and bringing the desired sound/volume from each note until you gradually bring the speed up. Specifically, I liked what you started playing a minute into the clip.
