As pole dancers I believe that we are suppose to encourage one another to do better not slam each other and put each other down. Thats not how the system works. @kmoorecraft Good for u sounds like ur an exception and I applaud ur perseverance I was doing all of that 6months in as well but some ppl do take years not everyone has the time or strength some moves take to learn certain moves thats why this post says that.

@Nativegirl1985 I wasnt using any grip aid thats why i had 2 stop and wipe the pole and hands but the pole is brass so its a lot easier 2 hold on 2.
