Here's what I don't understand: Why does surfing continue to be a crime in New Jersey? Between the ridiculous rules and the state (and the Army Corp of Engineers) destroying dozens of surf breaks, it seems that New Jersey has declared war on surfing.
all I got to say is I see 4 surfers with enough balls to stand up for thier right to surf. And about 100 people that wished they had the nerve to do it. Everyone should have just gone in the water and surfed. There is no way they would arrest everyone.
