Technically, you're proficient.....but you have to work on better consistency on your timing. Picture people trying to dance to this rendition....they'd be ready for the ambulance to cart them off if they kept changing speed as much as you do here. Try to play less for 'showing off', and more for 'enjoyment'.
Can you see all those dancers in this video? Well I can't! If there were, then naturally I'd have kept a constant speed throughout, but it's just me enjoying showing off to the camera. I was playing this piece at our village pub a couple of weeks ago - it's a fun informal song that people like to cheer and clap along with, not dance to.
