Looks very British to me - and not due to green splashed on. The organic wing and intakes... R.J.Mitchell looked at gulls for his inspired Spitfire wings. There is sometimes a cultural heritage in design.
How do you get that Lincolnshire is her home county. She was based in Doncaster at the airport she is at now when it was an RAF base so in theory she is in her home county now
@eatthisvr6 little bit on the front looks like a mig 29 and the back tail the cockpit is something new even those holes or vent`s or what ever are they looks new but at the same time the whole jet to me from a profile angle 45 degree looks like a mig-31 ... but it`s can be my mistake ...
So does this mean that at this moment I type, she's at Robin Hood Airport? Please someone reply, as I live fractions away from there and she's the best thing I've seen in the sky in my life!
Brings back memories of my time at Waddo.
Anyone remember the Vulcan scramble at the RAF 60th anniversary at Finningley? Can't remember how many (6?), but it was stunning!

Wonderful to the Vulcan once again at ex-RAF Finningley. Still call it Finningley!

Wow. Thanks for that.
Nice to see the old parachute deployed at a civil airport.
Now that she is nearer to her home county, I hope we may see more of her flying over Lincolnshire.
What a sight!
