@thelebanesehacker111 Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the settings app as then click spire and put in your proxy. Hope this helps!

I fixed mine.

If it's not showing up under general settings, uninstall, remove any other ports (like seri0us) and reinstall. Should work. Of course you have to boot tethered a couple times in between all this
