  • are you a fan of Paul Hardcastle's music because you using the song rainforest in this video

  • @Heyde1979 Love Paul Hardcastle

  • @TSMaster5150 that song you could break dance to

  • I remember this storm. I live in Howell and I use to do skywarn.

  • that was def. a funnel cloud at some part towards the end, you must be pretty brave to go out there, i would've been hiding.....i've nvr heard sirens like that b4 and i hope i nvr will but anyways good video!

  • I wasn't really paying too much attention to the clouds, but I'm there was a funnel cloud somewhere in there. I love being right outside during the action and always wait until it starts pouring down rain to go inside.

  • @robisabeast0809 No funnel cloud, but a decent shelf cloud. Shelf clouds are indicative of outflow winds, not conducive to tornadogenesis. What day was this video taken?

  • @bholcomb14 June 8th, 2008

  • At 3:03 I think that is a funnel cloud.

  • Could have been... I wish I had a better camera when I recorded this so I could see all the clouds better.

  • Thanks for putting the video back up! If I get lucky, I am going to do my best to record OUR sirens going off for a tornado warning. Getting a siren system recording is awesome!

  • Yeah it is. One of these days I am going to stay home for test day and try to get a system recording from my house.

  • That is great!

  • I remember this storm My Radio Shack Weather Radio went off for this when this storm got in wayne county also.

I have two weather radios by the way an old realistic with alert that's downstairs in my basement and a newer radio shack that's in my bedroom and they both have battery back up.

  • is one of the sirens a Whelen?

  • I don't think so.

  • That is an awesome video, healthy sounding 2001-130.

  • Is the loudest siren a 2001-130? It could be since I don't know where it's coming from.

  • I think the loudest siren on earth is a T-135 at 135dB.

  • I meant do you think the loudest siren in this video is a 2001-130?

  • Definatley, yes.

  • Hm. I haven't seen a 2001-130 near me. I guess I'll have to go looking for it.

  • Once again, awesome video! :D

  • Thanks Brandon. Hopefully I will be able to get a better video of a tornado warning soon. I'm hoping that I will be able to hear the new 2001-130 installed near me.
