Thank you so much for this video. I especially liked how you top stitched the top so the lining doesn't get caught in the zipper. I made one using someone elses directions and the lining got caught in the zipper (not fun, ha). Your video is easy to watch and listen to. Hope you make more. Thanks again!! I love your video! You are wonderfully skilled at teaching! I have 2 questions I would like to ask you if it's ok. How do I know if my machine will sew over the zipper? Also do I really need a zipper foot on it to sew the zipper? I'm new to sewing and get easily confused with all there is to know about machines. Many thanks in advance!

Great video-thank you. I saw another tutorial that left the opening at the bottom of lining fabric. I tried that method and it works great. Now, I'm off to try one leaving the opening at the zipper to see what works best for me!

@NeedleJUNKY I have seen that method too but I find this one makes a cleaner lining. Let me know which you like better and why!
