  • Man are you kidding, way too warm, gonna have some wierd flavours.

I hope no-one follows your lead and brews like this. Lower temps are required to produce decent brew.

If your happy to destroy brain cells with no thought to flavour and taste, follow this advice, if you want yummy brew find some better info.

This will create the kind of beer that gives home brew a bad name.

  • @reaper45693 Well, dude for your info this was my first beer making videos so I wasn't exactly proficient with it yet, when I pitched the yeast it was cooler then that,It just happened to warmer in that room at that particular filming. I more less just wanted to show the bubbling action for those whom had never seen it. You are correct in pointing out that the warmer the fermentation is the more off flavor you will notice, however this didn't turn out to bad,It was definitely drinkable.Cheers

  • Wow, 77F is VERY warm. The highest you want any ale yeast is not much above 70 F. This is the mistake I made when I started brewing is listening to the lame instructions with these kits and brewing at an outrageous temperature. Some ale yeast will work as low as 59 F, and will give much better flavours (and less headache causing fusel alcohols.).

  • in my favs for my hubby to watch this series.

  • Let the fun begin..................

  • I agree,chill the mugs.

  • Bubble bubble...hahah!

  • Thanks I had the spelling wrong LOL,corrected.
