I think you could start out that way, but eventually you're going to want a holding tank on either end. A good setup would have three tanks in my opinion/understanding. The other thing to keep in mind is that depending on your oil, the bio-diesel will still gel at fairly warm temperatures compared to diesel. I have a friend who makes Bio-Diesel and his gels at 40 degrees. Probably not the greatest oil, but it is what it is.
I only have so much room to deal with and a 300 gallon tank. so I don't mind making it all at once I only use like 8 gallons a day operating as an ice cream truck and 24 gallons a day pulling my travel trailer.
Wow, those are going to be some pretty big batches! I'd think that'd get real hard to manage, unless you have a tank with one of those cone shaped bottoms?
I'm not actually making bio-diesel here. What I've done is converted my diesel truck to run on straight vegetable oil, instead of making bio-diesel out of the vegetable oil. You can check out my other vids that show the conversion on my truck.
you don't dewater?

Haha... If I'm getting what you're meaning, I think it's easier to do straight vegetable oil than to make Bio-Diesel.

ok so I"m thinking biodiesel. for me but is it feasable to make it in one processing tank?

so you really don't need chemicals to make biodiesel?
