@molarmama5 what i mean by gothy i dont mean like emo punk rockerish belly dance. I meant that in some of her dances she has a different touch to it like for instance this dance is very mesmerizing and dark and mysterious. i too agree that this is tribal fusion NOT really gothic like. but tribal fusion can also have many different forms and styles added into it and whats great is that zoe makes it her own unique style

Cabaret will probably always be the base of my dance but I am fascinated with the control and creativity of these dancers. And I love the makeup and hair styles. I hope to someday see a live performance.

FWIW, most gothic style bellydance is also tribal fusion. Much of gothic style is done to industrial, trance, electronic, emo, etc. types of music, although I've seen it done to other types of darker music. Effectively, this means that a fair number of gothic bellydancers dance something like Zoe, whether or not she considers herself a gothic style bellydancer. Not horribly surprising considering that one of the well known gothic dancers is Ariellah, who I believe also used to be in the Indigo.
