Are the coaches some type of old M.U. commuter cars? It looks like they have headlights and some generators on the bottom. If so what railroad were they from and were they third-rail, wired (with a pantograph and catenary), or diesel?
@RailfanTube They were built in 1952 and were commuter cars in monteal if you watch the tour video u will see that they still have 1 in CN paint scheme still.
Great - lovely steam engine and awesome whistle for such a small engine - great the way the whistle and horns echoed around - again lovely lighting conditions - amusing the track inspection car was too small to trip the road crossing gates - possibly wheel flanges not deep enough to hit the treadle?
@tpe18509 You were not, actually it was a really good thing. Glad to have a fellow railfan my age. You won't be a burden ever. Some people I can always talk to. Some people, I won't. I will always talk. Come often, next runs are Santa Trains, which is good for PR, if you show how we do it
@webecomets Yes same hear i really don't have any other friends other than you rokenbok45 and BTCRAILFILMS101 in Lueral MD and my friend matts little brother at 12 like trains and ocasionally tags along with me to railfan but thats about it.
@tpe18509 I understand that. It is the same for me. My grand mother's neighbor their son likes trains, but he is like 10, and makes railfaning hard on me. But I do let him tag along to watch 463. But we need to railfan more often.
@tpe18509 Makes sense. One day my friend Lauren and I are doing dinner on a Sunday. I'll probably take her over to Devine JCT as she is a partial railfan. I can't wait for you to come back to SCRM
