  • Does anyone know the lyrics?

  • That's a local language called Kimbundo more exactly from the region of the capital, Luanda. I used to listen this song since i was a kid.

  • @MsDmpimentel this song it's for sure in Kimbundo, one of Angola national languages(spoken from Luanda through Kwanza Norte to Malange).

  • that's bruce lee, not jackie chan

and i think they are singing in portuguese, it sounds a bit like it and the song is from angola so it's possible

  • @Crauky this is not portuguese for sure

  • @Crauky That's not portuguese. I have Brazilian friends who verify this. Could be they're singing in AFRICAN? Other than native African dialects, French and English are the two most prominent languages on the continent of Africa. Definately not Frence or English, so....

  • @demofactory just thought id inject some education. there is no such language as african

  • @piggygurl44 I was being SARCASTIC piggy. Did you read my entire comment? I also made reference to the fact that French and English are two of the more prominent languages on the continent. The Masi and others have an interesting dialects as well. When you comment on a single part of my comment, while ignoring the rest... Comprehension involves reading the entire comment. Have and enlighted and educated day friend.

  • idiot portuguese do they look portuguese to you and you got 2 thumbs up and they idiots too dumnbassssssssssssssssss

  • @stangunen He was taking a guess. This whole Idea of playing for a change is to bring people together through music, not to call someone an Idiot over a tiny little thing that had no affect on your day at all. Just know that it's the people who act like you that warrants the necessity of playing for a change.

  • @Drtbaggae no I just hate when people like something and they want to claim it as their own. he said portuguese humm portuguese are white he must be portuguese.

  • @stangunen actually Portuguese people aren't all white. Portugal is a lot like Brasil, they have white, latin, and black people.

  • @Drtbaggae

    right on brother

  • wow! so energetic!

i love the whole "playing for change" idea. very inspiring.
