ever hear of p90x? totally try it...i use it during my cutting phase and it gets me ripped...its not fake either..look it up or Tony Horton...for like 120 bucks you get a full 3 month workout and all u need is a pair of dumbells, an open workout space(ie living room, garage, w/e) and a pull-up bar...good luck...also it comes with a full food plan that shows you how much you should eat, when you should eat, and hundreds of recipes you can use...
i take optimum nutrition 100% whey becuase its fairly priced and its a very good protein complex...but other than your basic protein, I take multivitamins, fish oil, and I drink green tea often(everyday for lunch)...green tea+caffiene helps burn body fat and fish oil is just full of great good health inducing ingredients...but to keep it simple, stay with basic protein if you are just trying to lose weight...no creatine, gainers, or nitrus oxide needed lol

Lol... steroids dont make you lose fat. They allow your muscles to regenerate faster and allow you to work out more because you don't need to rest as long as you normally would.

You can clearly see 6 defined abdominal muscles, hell in the video with the jacket I saw an 8 pack.
I would have voted "Hell yes thats a six pack" but I wasnt aware of the poll.

Thanks man, seems like so long ago now that I have kinda forgotten about it. But yeah, at the time it was a bit crushing to have 40% against. At the end of the day I am happy because I'm in the best shape of my life in my 30's.

I don't understand the 45% of all the people that voted AGAINST him!!! Regardless of whether you're a man or woman, shedding body fat is VERY difficult, so I admire this Aussie for deciding to transform his body like this!! I'm currently running on the treadmill for 20 minutes everyday...and hopefully I can look like this too!
