Stop telling people to learn English you fucking bigots. I bet you'd be singing a different tune if you had to watch 90% of films in foreign languages... the world does not revolve soley around our language, so grow up.
Great scene but man was I upset when this happened just because of all that happened until this point. Then blam! End of story but none the less a moral point. ;)
And no I'm not saying this because I'm an american since I'm danish actually and in Denmark we watch all movies in ENGLISH! Because we "LEARN ENGLISH"!!! Watching Sin City (or any other american movies for that matter) in my own language would totally ruin the experience!
@55blahh55 so if people cant speak english...they shouldnt watch the movie? i mean, i understand your point it kinda ruins the atmosphere, but if you cant understand english, tell my why shouldnt they be allowed to watch the movie. also, every student in germany (in case you dont know which language that is) has to learn english, but some of them dont want to. and it is very hard for the old generation to learn a new language. and they want to watch movies like everybody else. in german.
@blindByfearify And I understand your point as well. But I think watching movies in their original language is a part of the learning experience. I can tell you that the reason why most danish people understand english is because we don't sync foreign movies. I'm not saying that every movie should be in english because for example I would never watch a masterpiece like Der Untergang in any other language than german because a huge part of an actors performance is through his own voice acting. :D
