tbh, this isnt a great guide. you didnt show how to lure them, or all the spots. plus, you have incorrect information. when he leans back, its not always a magic attack, it means he is switching attack style. if you watch closely, you can see the range attack before he comes while he leans back.

The Info recomends 100+ but personaly i say atleast 85+ range 85+ def and proberly 70 prayer 68 summon or 88 summon and 108+ combat.

I've gone down there to fight these demons but every time I go I get ganged by like 2 or 3 of them I try to get them stuck but its just impossible :(

Yeah man, that can get annoying, in my video theres a rock next to me. If you stand in between the rock and the wall, only one should attack you unless one comes from behind.
