Back to the topic - I was raised christian - i didn't even have to 'look' in the first place - i was a believer right from the start. Everlasting torture is much worse than anything a human being could do to another human. Is God the king of sadists?

We used to sing about being followers of Jesus and fishers of men when I was a child in Sunday School. I didn't "get that" until recently, and when I heard this song after the Holy Spirit challenged me, I sang the song as a prayer to God. Now I know what my purpose is as a follower of my Savior Jesus Christ. It's never about us, it's about the harvest of souls we need to be dilligent of because of Jesus' Great Commission.
