This exercise can be modified to better fit the person- for example, a person with a lumbar disc compression, and depending on the direction of the compression, will benefit from modifying the position of the pelvis as well as the directionality of the leg thrust. For cervical compression, the modification will be slightly different. The context of HOW this exercise is done is key to whether it hurts or heals.
