  • Edna McGriff came out with it in 1952 and it was a huge success in an era not yet used to R & B. It was on a Jubilee label. Since then there were several "covers" the ones by Sandy Stewart and Florence Ballard singing lead for the Supremes are really good; however if you get to hear the original by Edna McGriff you'll see why it had such a success. Her voice was fantastic and made for that song.

  • wow, I only knew the supremes version. I didn't know that they did a cover of this song, i thought it was an unreleased track of thiers with Florence Ballard on lead. didn't know about this, its good.

  • I also didn´t

All I Know about this song is that it was one of the songs on the movie Go Johnny Go 1959. .......Larry
