I just created the hair with Sims Body Shop. Hatsu haru hair was the hardest. Shigure and Hatori hair are already on the game. You can even create wierd eye color (like kyo's red eyes) on Sims Body shop. I don't know how to create the uniform though, I just picked similar outfits already on the game. But you can download some clothes on Sims websites (but I don't know any specific websites) Bye!
