we just dont buy and listen music like we use too...consumers are more focus about buying a single than the all album..the superstore should follows...there's no way you can find a 500 gb hard disk in stores and not a single cyber decks in your music store, right now we are just allowed to do it because of the absence of an alternative.
the mp3 is a wonderfull invention come on before the internet era 1998-99 most of us were buying like 3 or 4 cd's every months...count with me 4 *12= 48 5 years later 48*5=280 280 cd's where do we find the place to put 280 cd's in an appartment..superstore are too conservative they should propose solutions instead of complainting..cyber downloading decks in stores is it to difficult to make? monthly fees where you could have a pass to download the songs you want...
as long as the genral equipment store are selling 500 gb 800 gb hard disk drive the music and movie industry will be down......artists dont sell anymore...you can find it for free on the net...the music superstore like virgin shud follow the way of downloads instead of selling cd's...why cudnt we find cyberdecks in stores where you just plug your usb key and download your album...they should find a way to bring the consumers back in the stores..and toput cyber downloading decks isa solution..
Why does these studio need money for "R&D"? To me, it sound like a blanket clause to take every available penny out of those deserving of the money (the artists) and misappropriate it.
DRM is rotten business, when customers are treated as criminals it frequently compels them to act as such! DRM provides all the justification-to-self anyone needs to crack and distribute.. After all, once a work is cracked, the first thing many realize is that there are other LEGITIMATE OWNERS out there who also deserve a DRM-free copy of the art they PAID FOR...
You'll notice how the RIAA had the video of part 5 pulled, because there were 'alternate views.' Namely, people who think they suck. So they like to use campuses to express their view, but the students have to sit there and listen to this bald bastard go on and on . This old faggot should have been beaten by the football team for being a pantywaste shitjockey sausagefingered nitwit who likes eating the shit the shitmakers shit into his hungry mouth.

do you know anything about the music industry?
or about the concept of making a living? this guy doing whats called a job. maybe you've heard of it? hmmm, you have alot of pent up frustration dont you? such naughty language. why do you feel you need to rip apart the man? is it because he makes more money than you? as for zaphaud or whatever your name is...
MUSICIANS GOT TO EAT TOO besides if society doesnt tell you lemmings what to listen to crappy music who will?
Hmmm... ironic, considering the industry you are defending pays artists barely any money per CD or iTunes sale, and is being sued for not giving money that was allegedly being sought for them in all these lawsuits.
yes your right they do make money on musicians, but walmart makes money by underpaying employees, you people buy diamonds for your wifes knowing companies like debeers buys from people using slavelabor.
musicians make there money on many things, merch like cds tshirts, posters ect (.07 per cd if your on warner bros, or any other large label. but you gig too, you split the door with the other bands some you make good others not, its a BUISNESS. musicians are glorafied public servants
In this case it's purely the RECORD INDUSTRY being greedy (not the music industry... they're two different things). If they'd actually ACCEPT new technology and adopt legal ways of using it instead of relying on their quickly-failing, nearly a century-old business model, they probably wouldn't be so greedy. But they've got their heads shoved in the sand. Trust me, musicians will outlast the record industry, not vice-versa.
You condened a man to pay you 600.000 dollars , you are really a monster riaa

Farmers pay for Feces.
Starting with "its your fault" is a bad idea.

Yep, I can remember clearly when I stopped listening to Metallica because the feeling of the music was totally ruined.

Personally, If the music is good, I'll buy the CD. But recently, all the music that's available is shit.
Honestly, who in their right mind pays for "shit," or in other words, "Feces?"
Not I. Not I.
