  • this tank is awesome

  • That is a beautiful tank, but it must be a pain in the butt to clean the gravel and stuff.

  • Personally i really like this Setup, allot of decor or not :) So good job mate, :) check out mine if you have a chance!

  • & dat comment every1 is talkin about is bloked cause of 2 many dislikes

    lol

  • that tank is booooooooooomm!

    nice

  • electricity bills must be a pain.....

  • wow my fish tank looks like this too my momgotit forme and itscool likeyoursmine is inthekitchecn sowecanlook at ittogether

  • DOPE

  • This is a beautiful tank full of very happy fish!!! Nice job!!!

  • I saw this and it made me want to go all out. I have a 55 as well. Not close to this amassing tho. Beautiful tank good work.

  • You should be proud of this! Looks great!

  • In my tanks, all the plants and shell debris, go in a corner, leaving the rest of the bottom a wide open zone!

  • absolutely gorgeous!! so jealous! my tank is 20 gallons less and looks 1/4 as good as yours! definitely a job well done:)

  • Too much in the way of decorations for me....cant enjoy the fish but I love the bubble wall. :)

  • It's a good looking tank. Kinda bright for me but it looks good. You know you can get some Java fern and tie to any rocks or wood and it'll fasten itself and grow like mad. Anubius too. Hornwort is another very easy one-practically foolproof. You can let it float or anchor it to the bottom. It doesn't root so you don't need any special kind of gravel and I'd say you have enough light to do this. You're fish will love you for it too as live plants do make a difference to them.

  • Fantastic looking Aquarium, I'll be pleased if i can get mine anywhere near...Nice effort :)

  • there's a loooooooooooooooot of flow going on in there. even the tetras are having a hard time grouping together.

  • This is by far the best home aquarium I've seen! It's beautiful! I'll be posting a video of my 200 Litre tank soon :)

  • It looks like a tank for a 6 year old aquaristic beginner

    Boring and too much decoration

  • SO COOOLLLL! Why on earth can't I do this with my tank. Dang you artsy people!

  • @totallyRin We all have that problem to one degree or another.I put them together and to me they're nothing special and I'm never really satisfied but when other people see them they're always amazed. So your tank probably looks better than you think it does.

  • im new to fish tanks and im from australia. I have a 100ltropical fish tank and ive got plenty of rocks and plants. i was wondering, what a the best rocks for catfish

  • @youbisung12345 Sand. Unless you want black or other coloured you can get kid's sandbox sand at the hardware store for pennies on the dollar compared to fish stores and it's the same stuff. You might have to rinse it a little better before you use it but otherwise it's the same stuff. If you're intent on using gravel get a dark colour and make sure it's not jagged.

  • פחחחח מה אתה מתלהב, איזה בלאגן!!

  • the bubbles scar them

  • nice tank but maybe just a little too much going on with the decorations.. u cant really appreciate the fish with that many decorations because u end up looking more at what decorations u have rather than what fish u have

  • @Lions4557

I think differently. Maybe it's ''too much" decoration for you to enjoy the fish, but the fish love it. That's all I care about. All I cared about was the fish from the beginning... Not what I wanted. They're like children and you want to give them the most you can...

  • @CheapForMe I, for one, really like this tank. I'm slowly adding more and more stuff to my tank. I've got a bunch of plants, pieces of driftwood and other decor here and there. I'd rather my fish be comfortable and be able to have plenty of places to explore, plus, it makes a great game of eye spy!(Especially with my dwarf frog I have in there.

  • @CheapForMe looks cool man. but I sorta agree with Lions4557 id say the real problem though is your cool decor to cool fish ratio is off. Get some real show stoppers in your stock and it'll look cooler. Id suggest fire eels, apollo sharks discus and a bichir. other than that its a beautiful aquascape you have going I have a lot of decor in my tank too but having large unusual fish helps ^u^ and having some slower more graceful types of fish will be good to go with the calming aura

  • Awesome set up!

  • So awesome, i wish my tank was like this.

  • awesome tank and where did you buy those bubbles :)

  • give me all of them for 1$ jk but nice tank

  • @AquariumFriend

Your language is horrible, and also mis-spelled incorrectly. Guppy's are perfectly fine. And so is a "Dream Boy Tank". If it wasn't for dreams, I never would have created this tank. But you have your right to your own opinion...

  • i give it a 100 points :D

  • Very nicely done man, ive seen a lot of aquariums, this is one of the coolest, it takes a lot of time and effort to make an aqaurium look so good. All i have left to say is great job.

  • Nice, colorful... But if you try a totally marine look, then perhaps it would be stunning. There are lots of artificial corals and marine plants available that can make a tank look very nice. Thanks for sharing. It's a nice video with soothing music :)

  • its a good design i just feel for an aquarium that big more impressive fish should be inside it :P lol

  • @HarlemzzFinest I was thinking that too but it is an amazing set-up

  • don't mind the haters, there is nothing wrong with artificial decor

  • damn a fish culd get lost in there

  • watch the poor neons at 0:54

  • u must be a rich rich rich rich rich person to buy that tank+all the decor

  • why their is so many dislikers on this beautiful fish tank man the dislikers sucks taking care their fish any way I love your tank how many neon tetras are their is so many of them I wish I can keep lots of them in my 10 gallon fish tank but I turned it back to a reef tank

  • I like your tank, it is really nice.....thanks for the nice video...

  • This looks very nice for a plastic plant setup. I would rather like to use plastic plants although I cannot, because I am at a loss for the time necessary to take care of live plants. Suggestion: Maybe you could use some of those floating balls of vegetation pet stores sell- it would give them something natural to nibble on (: (Haters, keep in mind: He/she uploaded this video in 2010...he/she may not be monitoring this channel anymore, or; OH NO! He/she may not care about what you have to say.

  • wow that is good and i am jealous

  • wow thats great

  • lovely colours

  • this looks beautiful but u should not have put that kind of fish in it

  • Very cool, this is what I am trying to get done. 3rd time setting up a fish tank. Our marine tank was beautiful but the fish are too expensive to keep replacing.

  • Awesome! is that urs?

  • Can you please tell me what air stone you used on the second to last one on the right side?

  • Id like to know what that swirling air stone is also?

  • AWESOME!!!

  • Beautiful.

  • that's alot of different kinds of fishes, do they eat the same food?

  • excellent

  • I love fish tanks. I just love watching the fish float and swim by. It's very relaxing. This is a gorgeous display.

  • In this tank would have to fly fish the plastic

  • This tank is amazing despite the fake plants

  • Paracheirodon axelrodi (acid) , Poecilia latipinna, and Poecilia reticulata (alcaline) in the same tank? ¬¬

    Poor guys! Rest in peace!

  • looks good like the asortment of plants you have even tho they are mostly fake

  • too plastic.... too fake,

  • I'm jealous of your tank. So pretty

  • shite

  • Only natural thing in it is fishes, rest is damn plastic. It is torture of nature.

  • For plastic it looks really nice . I prefer a planted tank check out my channel all planted with live plants

  • Everything is made of plastic and probably took a short amount of time to put together. I don't think this requires any effort, not something I'd be so proud of. I myself love landscaping aquariums. I like to base some of my designs on those by Takashi Amano, probably the most legendary fresh water aquarium landscapers. Planted aquariums are supposed to create a natural landscape where fish can thrive. It is the hobby of planting, cleaning, and looking after not only the fish, but the plants.

  • @TheAndrewz1234

You really need to lighten up. There is no reason to be so rude. Although the tank is not full of real plants, it is very nice. There is no reason to be so pompous about real plants.

It's completely personal taste. By the way you talk, and I few others on here, I bet you spend too much time with fish and not enough with humans. Have some heart and treat others with some respect.

  • No, dude, YOU spend too much time with fish.

and no offense but btw the person who left the comment below me is correct in their apparent assertion that a fish tank w/o real plants is barely a fish tank at all.

  • nice

  • horrible...

  • awesome tank :)

  • wow nice job!!!!!!

  • im an aquarium newb and I gots a question for ya..........how do you go about cleaning out your tank with so many fish in there? is it possible to have good filtration where you DON'T need to clean out the tank? Enlighten me.............

  • How did you hide all the wires and tubes for the air pumps and water filters?

  • wow how many air pumps did you need for all the bubbles or does it all go through one pump

  • It's a wonderful fish village.

  • beautiful, do you tell about the cost? and was it all gotten at walmart?

  • Nice

  • BUT BUT I LIKE IT

  • THATS THE MOST SERIOUS MUSIC I HAVE EVER HEARD OF IN MY ENTIRE LIFE

  • what is this a petsmart advertisement...

  • can it clean itself? XD

  • :) relaxing

  • I hate gravel, it gets sooooo messy.

  • Beautiful.

  • I did have real plants but they ate them

  • wow

  • I think this is an adorable tank. It's like Willy Wonkas chocolate fctory but under water. I mean that in the least insulting way possible. You can heighten the effect with rainbow gravel.

  • @SuperCheesetastic what?? I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not. Adding clown barf to it would make it about 10 times more painful to watch.

  • @retropixlstudios I wasn't using sarcasm. I truly think this is lovely.

  • Take this as constructive criticism or not, but it just looks like you put as much *insert chain retail pet store* stuff as you could in there.

  • really?

  • Look at my channel for aquarium videos

  • Too busy. Looks like someone ate a bag of skittles and vomited.

  • @samamorgan stop being a fag... the tank is like amazing!

  • svaka cast majstore. Ja sam odusevljen prelepo.

  • Must be a pain to clean the tank

  • other than the plastic plants, this tank is sexy.

  • That is a very pretty tank.

  • that is gorgeous!

  • exelente

  • wow dude you did a really good job! How much did all that cost?! lol :)

  • Nice set up. I subbed . check mine ouy and please sub back

  • Pretty damn good make's my 30 gallon look realy bad !!!very creative for plasic plant's for sure now i have to do some aquascaping tonight.....

  • @deadready50 This inspired me to go out and get a plastic decoration for my 29 gallon, and it has tied the whole tank together and the best looking tank of that size I've ever had!

Low budget or a simple setup doesn't have to = ugly

Good taste will always come through no matter what.

  • I'd say replace the plastic plants with real, but it's not terrible like some tanks are. Ever thought about cichlids?

  • Aren't Mollies pretty vicious? :/

  • Stunning Tank .... How long did it take you to get it to that stage?

  • thats a 55 gallon?!!! wow! looks way bigger then that..... i used to own a 55 gallon for many years.. awesome set up :)

  • Watching a fish tank has been proven to lower one's heart rate, respirations, and blood pressure.

  • For Wal-mart decorations that's pretty impressive.

  • Thats a really awesome aquarium. I think that the plastic plants add to the effect. Just beautiful.

  • i like the bubbles!

  • looks like shit with all that plastic plants

  • @WolleytheMonster what a horrible comment, fact is the tank looks amazing and it's hard to tell from a computer whats real & fake! I suggest u go elsewhere if u don't like it! :) I for one loved it. Really good. I especially love the coloured plants. If they are fake I don't blame you, my fish destroy real plants in days.

  • @billcullen haha your opinion

  • All those airstones are creating excess turbulence in the water in my opinion. It looks nice but I'm not sure how much your fish like that.

  • Finally someone who has Done a sideward slope! I have a 1.5 deep Tank and it gets hard to clean so im going to Build a a valley type thing With one side higher than the other With a castle and brideg to the other side. Not only will it be easier for me but my fish will be able to hide in the depths of the valley please tell me if you think this is a good idea!

  • what is the name of the song? it`s so relaxing, and by the way, your aquarium very beautifull indeed :)

  • REAL SORRY BIT THAT IS SO SHYTE. PLASTIC PLANTS PLEASE.

  • Its ok you need to make it more natural

Not put a ton of made in china crap in it!

  • It's really cool how many watch this video... Thank you! And thank you for your positive comments. I hope this inspires you to put together a tank, like the other videos I used to watch, did the same for me. Thanks!

  • I just set up my 55 gallon tank today and am using plastic plants to start off with, In my 14 gallon tank I have live plants, but because of bad lighting, and budget, they are not doing so well, but very nice tank.

  • When you put plastic things in a aqvarium then the soul is lost.

  • What fish have you got in this tank?

  • beautiful set up

  • petco must've loved you lol. only kidding...

tank looks very nice for plastic plants and premade decorations. exactly what other people said, it looks very stimulating for the fish. I bet they never get bored

  • u created plastic dumpster

  • booooo fake plantsssss thumbs dooowwwwwwwwwwwwn

  • dude that tank is awesome....I prefer live plants myself but you created something really nice.

  • at least the fish arent plastic O_O

  • @AndyBodyHome, ohh don't be so critical... a tank with ornaments does have it's benefits, and the fishes still thrive just as well. The benefits are, easy to maintain (no pruning involved, no worries about plants growing to big or not thriving well enough), cheaper and inexpensive (you don't have to buy all the products for the plants because they are all fake) and you have less to worry about in the aquarium, and general is much easier.

  • @AndyBodyHome general tank maintenance.

  • awsome man....

realy interesting to luk at dis soothing aquarium!!!

  • If I was a fish I would love to live in it. It really isn't my style visually, but what I love about it is that it seems interesting and stimulating to the fish. They have many places to explore and swim through and so much room! It's beautiful.

  • nice job...looks awesome

  • i think you did a very good job on your creation . personal preference is the idea behind having one of these. some may think it's crowded but i find it interesting. the best part for me is the first 21 second. it could be a very soothing scene to just have the camera stationary and the video run through the song. the music is a good combination with the scene. enjoyable, thanks and keep working at it. i like it.

  • cool, very beautiful. As long as you like it, who cares what anyone else thinks?

  • And who cares where they got the deco or what kind of fish they have. The smaller the fish, the more they can have.

  • I wish I could do cool stuff like this.

  • get some cool fish, not guppies, real plants, and make that shit a reef tank!

  • bitch ass hoe got ALL his shit from WAL MART!!!

  • Beautiful but to many fake plants and its crowded

  • You should make some more videos

  • To crowded

  • Remarkable tank, Great Job.... very cool.....Lots of hard work I bet... Thanks for sharing...:)

  • @laxplayer3690 where can we see your one?

  • how do you keep your water so clear. I have a 10 gallon tank with some of these same fish

  • very very nice, a pleasure to watch your video xx thankyou!

  • lol r u kidding me? full of artifical shit... get some real plants and make it less fake plz LOL FAIL

  • Cool tank u should show us how u set it up

  • who cares what they say you like it and its cool thanks for posting it

  • you should have a few real plant so that they can eat it when you arnt feeding them and so it looks a little more real and really hope for more of your videos soon because im in love with your tank and very cute fish :) can you tell me ALL the fish you have in your tank....did you do your research on if they can live together safly?

  • sucks!!!

  • @nickworn619 if you dont have something nice to say dont say anything at all is what i would say if iwas 8 but im not so shut the fuck up no1 care bout what u have to say

  • I wanted to say something condescending.. but I really do like your aquarium ;) - certainly not the best, but it definitely looks like a nice place to live! If I die and end up being a fish, I'm hoping I reincarnate at that aquarium. It looks very lively.

  • At least the Fish aren't plastic.

  • Ha ha... Some people just don't do well with plants. So if you are going to go artificial - why not paint your own nature... I think it looks like a tank that could captivate you for hours. The fish seem to like it too. xoxo

  • it looks to fake

  • how many hours of work , dekoration usw ?

  • i like it a lot good job

  • Looks ok if you like the fake look. I prefer a nice planted aquarium with fish from the same area...

  • overcrowed decorations.for your fish you must do remove few dacoratons.

  • Way to fake looking

  • looks amazing

  • Everyone should shut up. Everyone has their own tastes - this fish tank is very beautiful, colorful, and the fish look healthy and happy.

  • Colorful: Yes.

    Natural: NO.

  • @CheapForMe are those live plants?

  • how big is your tank?

where did u get that center piece decoration?? and how much was it
