cardio one time a week?! i want my heart to stay in shape...ive been doing cardio for 45 min 6 days a week, with heavy weight lifting 3 times a week and i build muscle fine
I'm running about 20 miles a week, 5 miles at a time and doing 500 crunches/100 push ups a day. if i do this consistently will i still look cut and trimmed with muscle, or will the excessive cardio give me a scrawny runners look?

Follow all workouts, cardio or weights with a post workout shake.(protein and carbs fats and calories gogo!)

ManicSkates, I think you'd want to add other weight training than pushups so that you work more muscle groups.
