@Aznmik you can in vegas. the way i do it is:

go to the video fx menu

fin the hsl adjust option and click on it

pick max saturation or max saturation and luminance boost (i use the first)

drag and drop on the clip

leave it the way it is, or adjust it to however you like it

x out the menu
