@AdjustTo agree. that's why jordan is #4 or #5 all time, behind Wilt, Kareem, & Russell with the debate being Oscar Robertson. But definitely can't be higher than #4 for the fact MJ couldn't dominate the paint on both ends, rebound, or shut down entire teams with amazing D like those guys could.

MJ was great tho no doubt to be #4 is awesome for a little dude (although you forget that same tall advantage you knock Kareem for is also fact for MJ who was 2 to 5 inches taller than his opponents).

I hate to be the one to say it, but Lew/Kareem is very overrated. His one big record is being the all time point leader, thirty-eight thousand and change, over twenty years in the league. I attribute most of his greatness to good supporting casts, amongst which the two all-time triple-double leaders, Oscar Robertson and Magic Johnson, were both parts. Wilt Chamberlain did far more than him with very little help.
