  • do u have any ideas mike diehl like i was spiking and then 24 hours later i got a terrible pain on the side of my neck and back shoulder its part of my trapezius and i am now visiting the chiropracter to get the muscle spasm loosened and now i cant move my head to the left cuz of the spasm do u have any ideas how to prevent this from happening next time? plzz help!

  • The idea is to warm up your body to where you feel comfortable and prevent injury as Mike explains. As you progress into higher levels the length and intensity of warmups and matches increases. Good luck in your next match!
