s-groove is very cheap to have unlimited supers at low energy is cheap. It's for people who don't know how to play so they'll spam you with supers hoping it hits the opponent. However, this Umehara guys looks like he's an excellent player and don't know why he'd need to make himself look like a spammer.

@jetliigor Unless your gauge is high, the supers are mostly level 1. And you charge very slow when you're at low health as well. If you happen to MAX, you get one super at lvl 3, and then it's back to low powered.

@jetliigor What the hell are you talking about, A-Groove is the cheap one. Roll cancells, custom combos, rolling, counters, it has it all, Everygrove has its pros and cons, If you know how to play the game you know, S-grove is the worst of them all. IFYOU KNOW HOW TO PLAY.

Hell, even people who didn't like fighting games was playing this, simply because of the character customization portion of the game. They would make money from this game, they're just too busy with 'projects', which are nothing more than rehashes of already released games, UMvC3 and SF4:A for example.

This game needs to be on XBox/PS3, simply put. Or, they need to work on 3.

daigo is using the s-groove. It's the style of the early king of fighters and you can make unlimited specials when you have a very low life bar. Sorry for my bad english :D

as long as u keep chaining a groove's cc, u dont ahve to worry about cc break. and most players can start cc after a special, like terry can after rising tackle, ken, after a jab srk. similarly, vega, sakura, kyo, iori,sagat etc. also, in cvs2 tourneys, ull mostly see C and A groove. and not K. SNK grooves are mostly for console players. but in tourneys, its C and A only

According to the Shoryuken, C-Sagat is the best Sagat. Not sure why though as running seems to be an excellent addition to his projectile game.

Not only the run but the side step is great if they jump a low tiger. It sets them up for a combo to a tiger knee or uppercut.

Plus the S-groove in general is kinda cheat. Unlimited specials when ur health gets too low is really annoying when someone starts spamming.

But i guess that balances out the fact that u can only charge to get to ur super.

S-groove allows unlimited super moves (ex. shinku hadoken) when the life guage flashes, and you can charge your special instead of earning it through hits.

That thing you mention is one of S Groove's few options, it has incredible disadvantage against the better grooves.

Groove wise, S groove is the worst.

The S groove is all around in the top and the other grooves are besides K and C are only good for certain characters, and you would kno that if you were really top 8. P allows parry and not too much else. A is overrated because people are scared of vega and bison, but one hit stops the custom combo, and S is nothing special at all. It just looks cool to power up.

not sure if u still care but C sagat is superior for many reason, first being Roll Cancel is amazing hands down, then lv2 to lv1/special move is what really does the work, he can take 1/2-3/4 someones bar with that. Running is amazing with him but dash is just as effective. The fact that your not on a time is what makes it amazing as well. Also with S groove, players tend to rely alot on lv 1 which isnt bad but can be baited because they are desperate not to lose. Sagat really feared with RC
