if you ask me, the 5.0 was a ripoff. very little difference to the normal tc other than wheels. I have a 1.0 that I bought used for 8k and I like it way more than all the other Release Series I've seen

slow? maybe a bit....but go race a brand new 09 civic.....it will lose. Then go get yourself an elantra....it will lose. Impreza 2.5i....lose. Its its class its one of the quickest and has the highest tq. Now if you go get a Civic Si then we have another story. Its a decently quick car for what it is and only being around 17k. And its a Toyota so reliability is there.

I'm talking about the stock engine in the TC. It's slow and gutless trust me I had the same engine in my last vehicle. I hated the engine so much I traded in for an 08 GTI which at least has 207lb ft of torque from 1800 rpm

i test drove one of these and i loved it omg i am getting one for a early christmas present i am a girl i would have much rather drove the 5speed but i can deal with a automatic either one i can drive so...but n way they are awesome and def have a quick takeoff even with the automatic and shall i say gorgous to F scion haters lol

well do u have anything under the hood? If not then yes but a little bite. Cuz i got most of the TRD stuff. Like the sway bar, lowing springs, and the exhuast which does boost up HP a little bit not a lot but a little bit

I have an intake and the Trd exhaust, but ya that makes sense having all that stuff over a reg. Tc, is that all they come with or can you get them s/c too maybe that would be bad ass...

yea cuz it has to do with air flow of ur car, so therefore after exhuast u have to get intake if u havent already and new headers. and yes i know its a lot lol but wen u get headers u get more Hp lol
