Very nice purchase. After having the live rock, there are benefits but also some negatives with the hitch hikers. Your dry rock looks very pours. Also, when purchasing the dry rock, you get much more because you are not paying for the "water" weight.
would these eventually end up live rocks?

THIS IS HOMEMADE WITH CEMENT OYSTER SHELLS AND SAND. IT COULD HAVE AGROGITE AND CRUSHED CORAL ALSO. DIY LIVEROCK.

90lbs should be enough unless you want your rockscape to be close to the surface

Its not man made. Its from the ocean. But everything is destroyed in the rocks, via a process called baking.
