Awesome! I have a homemade puppet I named Nessie as well. He's a mixture of the Loch Ness monster and a Chinese dragon. Also, him and his tail never get along.

I wondered if that wasn't the idea...
Do you have the stick in the tail like in the drawing?
Seems like using one would give you more freedom of movement at that end.

i put a small hamdle (horizontal) in the tail rather than the stick (vertical as shown in picture) just becuase it felt more comfortable.
As someone who has seen the real Loch Ness Monster, I can confirm that the pink fur is highly accurate.
