  • there is a lot of farming back in the and of video :D Actually lots more farming than we have on our farm, that thing is wide! And I like your videos, watching them in random order right now.

  • @mechadrake I appreciate you watching, Sometimes I dont know why I do what I do but I make a video of it anyways ha ha

  • @groutaone from 3:42 to 3:59 lol...........

  • I'm confused as to why a window net has not been installed?

  • @theKOchannel I had made some but then wanted to go with wrist restraints and that is still on the list of things to do

  • if only that were and international, or a farmahl.

  • is that a pool filter? for the intake? lol thats what it looks like.

  • @hunterw6047 Nah, its the filter that came with the engine

  • loved the end bit bud

  • @dmaheryfz450 Somehow I dont think my CR500 engine could even budge that seeder lol

  • @groutaone i lolled hard at the end 2 stroke seeder ftw :D

And hey i just discovered that my dirtbike valve clearance was way out of spec due the low compression i had. Now i'm going to buy new shims tomorow and i hope it's fixed with that. Now should i take the whole head of and inspect the valve seats to or just i just leave it ? Because i don't want to end up not getting it back together :D

  • @TheKillgore521 If you have not removed the head yet, try the engine first with proper valve adjustment

  • @groutaone Hey I went to the biggest honda dealer in belgium. They have an amazing mechanic there ( I could use his workplace and do the work needed on my bike by myself and him giving me instructions without having to pay for it ) he inspected the head and we noticed that all the seats were already recut and replaced a couple of times the top end was also welded a few times. His analyse: It was only a peice of junk left. ( read next comment )

  • @groutaone So we looked at buying another one a new one was 800 Euro's thats like 1100 dollars. And he could mannage to get me a used one for 500 dollars. The piston also needed to be relaced ( cracks and grooves everywere ) altough the guy who sold it to met old me there was a new piston in it ... And it also needed a crankshaft. Now i'm having to pay a bill of 800 - 1000 euro's wich is 1000-1200 dollars .... god damn 4 strokes :(

  • cool vid, I like your buggy. The tractor was hilarious.

  • @upl8ter Thank you, 32-1 premix, just the way I like it ha ha

  • Take it easy...leaving the flipping it over to Dad lol

  • dont mount the radiator like that, you can injure in it when driving, and with the ass stickin up like that, you can break the whole bottom off and get coolant and what ever else you run in there all over the engine and your farm. on another note, i hope you son makes a good recovery. :)

BTW, i was stalking rekjavixxx and i came here, lol.

  • @quadguy112895 Thanks for your input on this, Iam thinking about making a cage for the rad yet because getting burned by hot coolant cant be much fun. My sons fine now. Carry on with the stalking ha ha

  • LOL love the end with the cr500 sounds. always makes me laugh

  • @JGFILMS24 Comments like yours makes the effort all worth while, thanks

  • @groutaone you need to make more hp 101 type videos! i learn something just about every time i watch one :)

  • @RicerEater1978 Will do, I have some some stuff in mind just gota get at er

  • wait! i know where the name garutaone came from! ace combat?!?!, i dont know if it is any others but in ace combad 6 fires of liberation, your code name is Garuta One!, just noticed that, hope im right :D

  • @Bayles20 Well thats kind of interesting but thats not it, just a Youtube name.

  • @groutaone oh, my bad then kik

  • That poor thing is really getting it's hard knocks. It's definitely working up to it's intentions though. You can go out and get wild with it, and if it goes on you, you don't get hurt.Great build.Too many people build something but just worry about going. They neglect to prepare for WHEN the thing gets out of control.

And that Deere at the end, kinda sounded familiar...

  • @heliarche Yep thats just it, so when I built this thing I built it as if it was going to crash and so I knew I had to try and keep the driver safe because my kids would be driving it along with myself.

  • Haha.....love the effects at the end :D

  • @rekjavicxxx Watch out for a deere that runs on premix!

  • Fantastic vid my Friend!!! You come up with some really great things!!!

  • @navythomas8 Why thank you very much, the tractor thing just happened out of the blue, thought I'd throw it in ha ha

  • Could we get a vid on your welding setup?

  • @LeMieux250 Yes I think that could happen

  • @MrTomx123 Things are a little late out here, guys couldnt get on the wet fields till now.

  • WOW - is that belt tracked farm tractor yours ? That thing is really nice ! We see ones like it around here - out in the suburbs around Chicago - it's all corn fields around here , hey - lots of soy too.

  • @mrnewagemotor Most tractors out here are still wheel driven but track drive sure would be nice to keep the soil from packing, its my neighbors tractor

  • lol ending was epic man thats a machine u got there. watch ur boys so they dont get to carried away

  • The Groutaone's are rough on vehicles..lol Glad he wasn't hurt. Things can always be fixed. I guess it's your wife's turn now.

  • @RamblinAround Well thats someone I think would be safe in it ha ha

  • paint flaking was probalby because of the crash probably just bent slightly

  • @4g63junkie Yes I think you are right, lot of stress on it when the wheel dug into the dirt

  • i wanna see the kart in action..fix it up and take it out for a rip !!

  • @chrisstomper86 Will do

  • Good to hear your son was not too hurt.

  • @faithfulcmm1972 Just got his arm scraped up a bit in the dirt, he's fine

  • i cant wait to see it once youve put that fan on it. Keep us updated!

  • @YamahaBeast41210 For sure, want to get some good action vids of it yet

  • What you sould do with the rad is create some sort of scoop for the bottom, and then make the fan into a puller fan(pulls air up and away from the rad). That could help keep it cooler as well as adding more custom style.

  • @OffroadBeaver Its kinda funny how this machine just kind of evolves from getting the bugs worked out

  • I think the fan is a great idea, really going to give it a Baja cool factor too. Do you rent that land to farmers or is it theirs? Looking forward to more great vids.

  • @mrwiggles2 I think the fan is becoming a must as the rad cant grab as much air when it lays flatter, I rent the land out

  • that sucks !!

  • @moonrunner777 Oh well, its not too bad, all repairable.

  • Ouch. Time for beefier steering...

  • @IHcubcadet Seems to be a weak spot

  • ya need a dedicated go-pro for that mean machine. seems like the excitement never ends with it. glad your son wasn't hurt too badly.

  • @paradoxdesigns Yes glad my boy is fine, excitement and repairs seem to go hand in hand around here ha ha.

  • Looks like my enclosed capsule idea was not too far off lol

  • @edzgarage I think last time someone also had a velcro suit idea, all these awesome ideas.

  • Always a hilarious surprise ending, good to hear your son is okay.

  • @GosuVu Ya he's fine, thanks for commenting

  • Haha time to throw some Chevy front ends part on it lol they are the only thing id trust if i were you lol

So did you make those tie rods or what?

  • @NickLTR I made the rods longer but the tie rods are from Polaris, I had some extra, should order more soon ha ha

  • WIN! Hahaha I'm building a go-cart now but it's nothing fancy it's an older go-cart that we made with no suspension and mower tires haha we are putting my old TS motor in it it's the 250 2 stroke! I think you can see the edge of it on my profile backround picture, I'll get a better picture of it soon

  • @suzukiholdenman I'll have a look

  • Tell him I am sorry to hear he got hurt. Also you should go ahead and put a cage over that rad. Beef up them tie rods to.

  • @NOLIMIT69NOLIMIT2000 I will let him know

  • would it be possible for you to make a video on what a X-Pipe does?

  • @rcfreak363 You mean kind of like how I did my header collector video and show how it works?

  • @groutaone yeah, and what the purpose is, and benefit. also possible a comparison between X-pipe and H-Pipes

  • @dl650stromer Thanks, mostly he just had some scrapes so its all good, glad it didnt get broken

  • You should totally but down a net for the arm restrainers. Nice vid and I liked the ending !

  • @Graneable Thanks, got something brewing for the restraints

  • Sweet!

  • haha farming.. well good to know that your son is ok.. the whole time i was thinking did groutaone get that leg restraint in yet? lol... looking forward to the progress!

  • @lskw1 Yep got it in and it works awesome, now I gotta keep the arms in

  • Looks like the tie rods are a really weak on your buggy

you will adapt bigger ones ?

  • @michaelovitch It seems to be a weak link, however they have been proven to be just strong enough to break the rack steering in the first tie rod episode so I think strength wise they are about good as if they are too strong then other harder to fix things get broken instead, so I think for now I will stay with this style, but hey its not written in stone so we will see how it goes.

  • get some of thos race car safety nets to go in the side of the rollcage. They use them in race cars so youre arms don't get out of the cabin in a crash, so it probably will do the same on a gokart. And i think the normal versions won't be too expensive(the fia approved ones probably are expensive)

  • @gabbermaikel I originally had some window nets made up for it but never installed them as I kinda wanted to go with the wrist resraints instead, thought it would be easier to get out that way, now I just got to get it done for once

  • ah ah... the end is more funny!!!!!

    What is it fastest lap??

  • @pinduline Idk but wow when it hits powerband theres a lot of seeding getting done

  • Blew beer out my nose at the soundswap on the JD!!

  • @xnihpseht That makes me laugh, was that alcohol abuse?

  • @groutaone haha, guess so.

  • lol nice ending

  • glad your son didn't break an arm in that rollover...nice work on that radiator repair

  • @knikula Ya me too, could have happened easily. As far as the rad, hope to get my TIG welding buddy to mount the brackets to it today, Iam not set up to weld aluminum.

  • put a brace from the outter frame rail up to the shock mount.. it wouldn't be bad if you guys weren't so rough on the thing lol hehehe

  • @gassolean Yep, thats what I was thinking also, would be a solid fix

  • @groutaone but i got to give it to you cause that things been taking abuse since you fixed it lol

  • @gassolean So far it needs fixing every time after it drives, ouch

  • @groutaone just means your enjoying it

  • why not make one of those stabilizer bars like they put on the shock towers of the ricer cars shock towers for the front end of that cart to keep it from c0ming apart on you?

  • @daddytech Some bracing needs to be done there for sure, I may go with what gassolean above this comment suggested as I already have your idea in place on the machine.

  • @groutaone yeah what i was talking about is like a bar from the top of each of the tops of the shock mounts to help relieve some of the stress from the middle where they join together

  • the high speed tractor is hilarious

  • @WhackTheWax Bet the guy driving it never knew it could go that fast, just gotta add a little premix gas ha ha

  • I cracked up at the end with the Deere that sounding like a bike. Too funny, keep em coming!

  • @snowman44077 Awesome, thanks, will do

  • 2 stroke diesels, like the ol' detroit diesels? Should pop one of those bad boys into yer buggy n' see how it goes. :D

  • @Lacider Just crank the boost an start rollin coal

  • Don't be too hard on the Kiddies, it's in their DNA!!☺

  • @805ROADKING Yep its in their DNA, so its really my fault ha ha. Iam easy on the kids when they break it, but they do have to help me fix it.

  • Are you going to put a removable cage over the fan / rad ?

  • @krazy45cat I'am thinking about doing that, first I will see how the rad and fan sit in their new position

  • Cool to know paint serves more of a purpose other than cosmetics !

  • @cisjohn2616 Yep, paint will tell you things, just have to know how to listen to it.

  • Thumbs up for two stroke diesels. The ending cracked me up.

  • @vipermech Congrats my friend, you have the #1 rated comment on this vid so far

  • Can happen that the boys flip over the buggy, i think it was kinda easy to fix all that but time is needed in that case. Great vid

  • @MagicCadillac Yep, this time the fix was not a big deal, thanks for your comment

  • My brother has a super cross track on his 40. Every weekend people come from all over the upper midwest to break their bones. And the bikes/atv's get smashed. He has everyone sign a liability disclaimer before they go out but those of us who live around here have gotten use to the ambulance sirens & laughing topless girls. I love the ending on this video! lmao!

  • @jasonmushersee Sounds like a You tube video making haven, just dont post the girls or the youtube police will show up ha ha

  • love the last part ! lmao

good job for the radiator !

  • @skiro89x Glad you enjoyed it, not sure where these editing ideas come from but its fun to do

  • loved the end!!

  • @martinrc1996 Thanks
