did u remove your comment to cover your mistake.. the civic had 250whp, the Evo had 410whp.. the Civic was half the weight and front wheel drive.. The Evo was also a 6-speed and not a 5-speed, also called the MR. The 5-speed Evo with the same power killed the 6-speed Evo in this video. Short gears, and the civic was just plain fast. There is nothing u can say that has not been said before. Everyone thinks they know everything.

evo does lose power at high speed too due to awd but 410awhp vs 250fwp! I see couple evo on youtube with 380awhp that beat civic with 300fwhp on high way pull. Had u ever own an evo or sti before?

I have driven both.. but the Civic was fully gutted.. nothing in it but lightweight seats, steering wheel, tach and speedometer.. AND had a bigger turbo than either the Evo or STi.. lighter than an old miata..

It was only pushing about 250hp at 1900 pounds fully gutted.. the VR4 is stock with a boost controller at 300hp at 4000 pounds.. 50hp more with an extra 2000 pounds..If u do the math, the video shows exactly what should have happened.. even my friend driving the VR4 knew he was gonna lose.. both cars are put together nice!
