  • How is this the hell possible... I may just despair. I train for 5 years and my maximum is about 210 pounds. It is probably a matter of genetics. I train and if I am somehow made to interrupt it (illness for instance) for about 14 days, and after the 14 days without training I lay under the dumbbell ... it so heavy.. I lose the strength fast.. shit.. What shall I do

    You're either a tiny, tiny person, a Woman or can't count weights. If neither of those apply to you, you probably aren't eating enough, sleeping/resting enough or pushing yourself hard enough. Check your grip width, work your upper and lower pecs, deltoid and tris.

  • @DeanVegaHope Benching high weight does put on some serious size for some. To be honest, working out is trial and error. Find a routine and stick with it. If it works then keep if not try something new but lifting heavy works for me
