I've been educating for Aveda hair color since 1996. I'm concerned about this person (an Aveda institute educator, judging by the black coat) Aveda hair color has ALWAYS covered gray. It's original guideline for optimum coverage was 20 vol. 45 min. Y/O NOT required but helpful. For those 50% gray or more N/N allows more opaque coverage and in 30 minutes. I get how you are trying to help but please stop. Any questions you call me at Studio Cabello, Tampa FL ask for Jennifer Sharp
All that I can say is that I started taking vitamins, and now my hair is no longer gray. It has actually gone back to it's natural color in almost all areas. Why is that happening to me? Is it the vitamins?
@rjinterr - It could have been that I was just very stressed out and then started to take better care of myself. To my knowledge I was taking just basic off the shelf stuff, like B-Vitamins and such. I did come across a "vitamin" which essentially put me in the hospital for a few hours, so what-ever yo do stay away from mail order vitamins. Just the Government approved for consumption stuff.
@starinthehoodmuzz - Mostly Omega3s, Choline Supplements, All the top vitamins, I also curved some bad habits. And there was a some Non-FDA approved nutrition as well, which proved to be dangerous, as in I checked into the hospital on overdrive after lengthy usage, so, I don't know what else to say. The choline is something else though and there are different grades of it.
notice how she doesnt mention the price in any of that. if a sinkin 8 ounce bottle of shampoo costs 20 dollars, you can only have a nightmare imagining the cost for a hair dye!
