irony, i have goblin engineering and im hated with gatgetzan and all the other goblin places lol, btw i didnt knew i was learning golbin enineering till it was 2 late and now i want to be gnomish but i cant and i wont drop my 450 engineering now cause it will cost me a nut! coool vid btw

really easy, go to North of Steamwheedle Port in Tanaris and read the book in the small hut to get your new specialization. Note, it cost 150g

1. Make sure you have made whatever items you want to have.

2. DROP ENGINEERING.

3. Level Engineering back up to 225.

4. Go to Narain Soothfancys place in Tanaris. (65, 19)

5. Inspect the Book Soothsaying for Dummies.

6. Select which Specialization you would like to be.

They are making significant buffs to engineering in 3.2 Im going to level it on my rogue starting today.

It definetly is! You get all the enchants for yourself. Such as Nitro Boosts, Hand-Mounted Pyro Rocket and Springy Arachnoweave. Also you get good trinkets, such as Gnomish Lightning Generator. Bombs are never bad, and you can sell choppers. It's not a money maker, but it's funny and great as hell. For 3.2 that is released today, you can get teleport that throws you around Northerend, you can get an butler that sells, buys and gives you a bank access anywhere.

Im a 450 engineer and absolutly hate bieng one. I make no money or anything whats so ever. All i have are a a bunch of stupid gadgets and mounts. Then you ask me"why not drop it?" well becasue of the time and money i already invested, and i kinda like teh rolfcopters lol.

The nitro boots had backfiring chances actually,like Gnomish mind control helmet,Old rocket boots and the Gnomish net machine i 4got the name,BUT blizz removed the backfirings on all new WOTLK engineerin stuff because most of them caused SERIOUS problems,like annoying players and having unfair advantages.(shooting past the skybox outta harm's way,safe but unfair in a way)

Nitroboosts are 120%, so yes. If youre a speed freak, rocketboots is what you want. 300% speed!

ok you can not do this any more, because blizz has fixed this by adding a cooldown to the nitro boots. But it was fun, while it lasted... ;-)
