The video quality is excellent (the fact that it's color isn't bad, either). I wish there was a clear source on these things. Considering the way concerts were back then, I don't think the original sound would be that bad.

The interviews are with Holly's drummer Jerry Allison, Holly's bassist Joe B Mauldin, Peggy Sue, Tommy Allsup and lots more people...
