I called them because it seemed to me that the terms and conditions for the credit card were not what I understood them to be.

So I called them...

Got a this call may be recorded message and I told them that I was recording the call. The rep said that she wouldn't continue the conversation if I kept recording....

Seems that they admitted that they couldn't produce the original offer for the credit card.
