@penguinsnotincluded Well, one can use a program called Famitracker to do user-made songs. I don't use it for the game itself as the music generated is not optimized for game-use, but it's a good tool if you just want to make songs.

By the way, Sivak, you are a sinister, sinister person. I got the game today after I got done working at 4... It's midnight, and I just quit. I'm just now on the magician looking level, just got past the timed spikes. You're a diabolical genius. You somehow managed to make a game that's hard as all fuck, but still a blast to play. I may have gotten totally frustrated (my deaths have be in the quadruple digits by now), but I never once wanted to stop playing. Excellent work!

@imfromfo Pffft. IWBTG is a rip-off already. It's not possible to rip-off a rip-off. Besides, Battle Kid is leaps and bounds better than anything IWBTG ever could have asked for. If you die in Battle Kid, it's your fault. In IWBTG, it's because a spike randomly jettisoned into you from the ground below. Battle Kid provides a challenge, it's not a game of memorization. Fuck IWBTG.

The 3. boss Cleo is really hard, but that is the only one that is so difficult, the other bosses are much more easier.

@IV The key is near your spaceship, you have to fly from the highest spot (at the snipersnail with the deathspikes above) left against the wall.

And the secret entrace is after the second boss, you have fly against the wall to enter.

You didn't think the final boss was difficult? It took me like 5 times longer to beat the final boss than the third boss. Granted, I didn't have the weapon upgrade...

Otherwise, I'd agree that Cleo was the hardest boss.

True. The first 2 bosses are much easier and in my opinion alot funnier to battle. I have tried to beat the 3th boss over 1 hour now and i haven't made any progress at all. I just can't seem to avoid his random and very fast attack.

I have been very tolerent up to this point but now i fear i won't see the rest of the game because of that stupid boss:/

Does anyone have any advice.. or a Game Genie code maybe:)

@captainnintendo No game genie code according to Sivak. I did end up beating her. I just stopped trying to kill her for a while and I concentrated on learning how to dodge every attack. After about a hundred deaths, I got it right. The bitch was pretty satisfying to finish off, but the other bosses were still more fun.

i held back on playing the demo rom, because i wanted to experience the game as a fresh whole.

but after ordering the game today, i realized i simply could not wait any longer.

as good as they are, the videos don't do it justice. it's super smooth and elegantly designed. i can't wait for it to arrive.
