  • you don't even know what this check point is for.

  • love

  • TO ALL THE GREEDY, AFRAID, WEAK MINDED, SLAVES LIVING IN THEIR LITTLE GOVERMENT BOX. TO THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN MORE CONTROL STAMPING OUT THE 14th, The Bill Of Rights ETC ETC.. WHO ENJOY PIGS IN ON EVERY CORNER. THE MILITARY ON YOUR BLOCK. TO THE ONES WHO FALL FOR THE TERRORISM FEAR CAMPAIGN

"Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."

    B. Franklin

  • Unbelievable. As soon as they said something to me I would ask for an arrest warrant. They have no right to do this

  • u sure this wasn't a sobriety checkpoint?

  • Condition the sheeple. They will take anything as long as it's incremental. And if you want it over kill, you can rely on good old fear to mind numb them further. Create the problems, provide the solutions.

  • 30 new Federal "check points" are scheduled to be set-up every year for the next 20 years. They will be located within 100 miles of our borders, including Canada, and within 100 miles of our sea coasts. That includes a lot of major cities. These check points are being set- up to monitor U.S. Citizens, not illegal aliens.

  • @geological95 Where/what is your source for that information? I'm all about studying the NWO police state apparatus, this is very intriguing.

  • choose between showing a cop your papers and having another 9-11

  • @CARE2DOTCOM it was a TAG checkpoint u mean person, not a sobriety check - i was there. in any case, i urge u to learn about 911, the truth behind the oil spill, the manufacteured crash of the dollar. by wishing someones mom dies is bad energy and all the bad energy you put out there, comes back to you. i have done nothing to you, yet u direct your rage to........................ME> thats very telling about your character.

  • @alexansary

Hey! That crude person said MY mother should die!

Look at the names! I think you meant this comment for the primative child "TheJomogogo".

  • INTERESTING.

  • try coke instead of koolaid

  • if tags are expired, then what do you expect?

  • go back to sleep...jomo and drink your flouride and kool-aid.

  • Fuck this video and the queer who made it. It's just a sobriety checkpoint so what?

  • @TheJomogogo it is clear you have already been conditioned to accept tyranny and are to weak to fight your own oppression. There is no reason to have checkpoints within our own boarders. Let some third-world dictatorship have em.

  • @AtomicDragon71

If you consider sobriety checkpoints to be tyranny then you are a delicate little flower and need to grow the fuck up.

  • @TheJomogogo See just as i thought you are already accustomed to such treatment little sheepling. Your will is gone already. Sad to see. The schools have already dumbed you down. You can't help who who you are you were just accepting the lies that were fed to you. I am sure the founding fathers of this country would disapprove of checkpoints. I guess you are too afraid to take chances.

  • @TheJomogogo sLAVE....

  • @CARE2DOTCOM

It's a sobriety checkpoint dumbass if you have a problem with that I hope your mom gets killed by a drunk driver

  • @TheJomogogo

And you.. Slaves like u & people who dont enjoy freedom can go live in any number of police states around the world.

I enjoy freedom & dont need ANYone holding my hand in life. I'm intelligent, strong willed & educated. People die, it's part of life & instead of accepting freedom & this fact that in a free society, people can do what they want, when they want, right or wrong, FREEDOM!!!! A jury decides, not some pig on the street you ignorant slave.

  • @TheJomogogo

Why are U in my free country if U dont want freedom..!?

And if U dont appreciate why people like my great uncles died in WWII, get out.

If your so willing to trade your feedoms for security & live like a weak slave to the fed, pig, Nazi, NWO.. then GO to China.

Wait till your mother is beaten by these same pigs, who will protect U then?

"Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, DESERVE NEITHER Liberty nor Safety."

    B. Franklin

  • @CARE2DOTCOM

Tell that to your uncles who got DRAFTED and gave up 4 years of their life in the military, see if getting pulled over in a sobriety checkpoint gets them upset versus what they had to do, queer.

  • The Oregon Supreme Court outlawed checkpoints on constitutional grounds in 1987. So, for these stops to be legal, the police must have Probable Cause. Expired tags are one example of Probable Cause. The Moral of the Story is: If you don't want to get stopped by the cops in Oregon, then DON'T GIVE THEM PROBABLE CAUSE!

  • For those of you who are interested, you should do a search for the Jim Marrs videos (he's an investigative journalist) for The Fourth Reich.

  • They've been doing these sobriety checkpoints for YEARS ! I always thought it was B.S. but there's not much you can do. During the holidays people drink more, so they feel the need to crack down. I hate to play 'devil's advocate' but if it illiminates a few drunk fatalities, then I guess it's necessary.

  • If this is a sobriety checkpoint, then it is probably illegal:

"What are the states that do not allow checkpoints? They are Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming."

    (Source MADD website)

  • Maybe they've changed the laws since I lived there. But when I was in school they'd set these up allover. Oregon's pretty fucked up, that's why I don't live there anymore.

  • What if doing house to house searches for illegal firearms would save lives? Would you say that it was worth it?Freedom is always risky, you are safest in a cage being watched over twentyfour seven.Would that be worth it?

  • I agree they do stop drunk drivers. But it really is conditioning.

  • Very far from Nazi Germany. Take it easy guys, keep Portland nice and respect the cops

  • If this "police state" was so oppressive, wouldn't they take his camera and haul him in?

  • 89Corolla said: "If this "police state" was so oppressive, wouldn't they take his camera and haul him in?"

There are a few cases where they have done exactly that, with the camera recordings being erased before the camera is eventually returned. I imagine their next step will be to push for laws against filming law enforcement, or at least finding ways to make filming very difficult.

  • I'd be more concerned if it was homeland security, CIA or border patrol.

  • then be more concerned

  • I am very concerned. I use to be in law enforcement... what I see with mayors declaring martial law, police taking peoples guns during Katrina, our constitution hangs by a thread, the bailout and devaluation of the dollar... there is much... much more. No matter who gets elected we are in trouble and will probably not survive.

  • Its Called A DUI Check Point Are You Saying You Want Drunks On Our Streets

  • Every encroachment on civil rights is wrapped in a public safety argument.

  • No sonny, but we want the cops to do their jobs, and look for drunks, not just stop everyone, and hope someone is drunk. Whats next? house to house searches? how about random body cavity searches? People who would trade liberty for safety, deserve neither!

  • He's right. History repeats itself and soon we will be required to "show our papers." Get ready to be strip-searched by all the married cops in the closet who will exterminate you because they think you are gay.

  • What an ass! Like Nazi Germany in 1936? I guess soon all the Jews will be rounded up soon and and taken to Easten Oregon. Bunch of Jackass.

  • Violation of the 5th Amendment RON PAUL 2008 for President

  • Just a heads up guys...

Its called a 3-flags safety campaign - Keep drunks and suspended driver's off the road.

No offense or anything... but, there are more important things to be pissed about.

Getting in the face and getting pissed at a low-wage tow truck driver, or yelling at a cop is starting at the wrong end.

Yell at the politician, question the mayor, spit at the president.

But, don't go after the guy on the ground. They are doing a job, and doing it well.

    Keep drunks off the road.

  • YEAH! So you all just shut up and keep giving up those constitutional rights, because it's good fer ya! Be skared! Be very askared of them terrorist drunk drivers!

You fucking Nazi pig. You deserve what's coming.

  • yea ya jackass!

  • I guess those people in the video where drunk also?

  • And dont be mean to the guards that lead you to a gas chamber, they are just doing their job. Any man who chooses to make a living by violating the civil rights of his fellow countrymen, deserves no respect. (going after the tow truck guy was misguided imo)

  • Oregon sucks. I like Portland, but the rest of the state sucks. Not to mention they have the worst drivers in the country.

  • fuck you bitch Oregen is the shit we got the sticky bud bitch

  • Stops without probably cause! Get used to the Police State, dont ever question a police officer, blind obedience, police fishing for evidence is ok. Some say if youve got nothing to hide you should not object, this argument is fallacious and assumes that the Government is always beneficial and assumes the high ground. They are humans and make mistakes and try to dominate and bully just like in the school ground. A publicly financed orgainzed gang like this should be held accountable.

  • I found out the song in the 2nd half of this video is the End Credits track from the Bladerunner soundtrack (Vangelis) for anyone who was curious like me.

  • The police, like the military, is a necessary evil....or we'd kill or get ourselves killed, or other unsavory things. B U T....there should be a "reasonable suspicion" to stop a citizen in his car. Weaving, tail light out, speeding etc.

I cost all those people in line in that traffic snarl, their time. The government does not have the right to do that.

Whoever sanctioned this act should be removed from office. Be it the mayor, police chief or whoever.

    This is intolerable!

  • check points suck...

  • the Illuminati is evil. Demonic satanism

  • fuckin hippie

  • Do they stop people on bicycles at checkpoints like this? What is the song in the last half of the video? Sounds so familiar.

  • Lol they set up this check point to meet their quota for the end of the month. And goddamnit this guy narrating is a fucking idiot. This checkpoint is bullshit but is completely legal. They are busting people for breaking the law, even the shittiest law.

  • checkpoint on the burnside bridge? take hawthorne.

  • Wilkommen Die Nazi Germany.Wilkommen Komerade, the Nazi Germany I am talking about is USA.Fight the scums and get our freedoms back

  • fuck the police state

protest on the 23 of every month

  • Just think and Portland is Mid sized city in America this guy does not want to go into Chicago, NY, LA, Phoenix, Philly, Houston to see what goes on to motorist who get stopped. Poor Mr. over and out would really have a heart pounding story. Little mellow dramatic as Portland can be at times/trendy but point well taken. Land of the free my ass.

  • do you think maybe you're overreacting a tad?

  • The only reason someone becomes a police officer is contained in this video, to have power and control over someone else.. they are for lack of better words vile filthy vermin, it's sad that America has been lost to the Nazi's, but history repeats itself, and no one will take the personal responsibility to draw a line in the sand, they would rather hide their head and let the cops have anal sex with them

  • I tell you that police officer was an idiot. Granted I guess the police can do random searches (according to our courts), but the police officer could of given an answer. Can you imagine if Fox News asked the question, and he gave that same answer. It would have been embarassing.

  • since when did hitler come back from the grave?

  • Comment removed

  • Do you actually know what REASONNABLE SEARCHES AND SEIZURES MEAN ?!?! Do you know that the CONSTITUTION AND THE BILL OF RIGHTS are there TO PROTECT US FROM ABUSES FROM THE POLICE AND GOVERNMENT ?????? Do you have a brain ? Do you not see that a POLICE STATE is being created and YOUR RIGHTS are being abused ?

  • I might believe this was for 'drunk drivers' and the 'uninsured' if they didn't look the ther way for the much revered and pampered illegal aliens.

Well after all didn't Bush surrender the US to Mexico on 3/23/2005 ? Sur he did. Be just a sec before the Mexicans are running these checkpoints and executing familes on the spot

These people ARE Nazi's- Prescott Bush and Averil Harriman (Brown Bros. Harriman) funded Hitler.

  • Google episode 258 of "Out There TV" James fetzer PH.D Founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth is a guest. A MUST WATCH!!!!

  • The US Supreme Court has yet to address random check points, however various federal district courts around the nation have banned random check points as unconstitutional. So far, the US Supreme Court hasn't weighed in on the issue upholding the lower court rulings banning them.

  • Highly disagree. This isn't nazi-like at all. If you break the law, you face consequences. I don't care if it is DUI, expired tags, speeding, driving w/ no insurance, running a stop light, etc. it is all the same. It isn't tyranny--it is the law.

  • been driving with trip same trip permit for three years got nailed last week .. and just got license been driving without for 20 years

  • Should see Beaverton police just pass sylvan on sunset freeway. ther just trying

  • If you've ever been hi by a drunk with no insurance, you would appreciate this. It is illegal to drive without insurance.

  • International Maritime Admiralty Law: Expired tags means you are driving THEIR car on THEIR road without

    THEIR permission. See "Admiralty".

  • well there is certainly a new world order in the works but this is just bullshit, DUI checkpoints... people without insurance being towed. Uh... don't drive drunk, don't drive without insurance. Nothing to do with taking away freedoms. Its just normal police work.

I've seen same fucking shit in California, cars full of drunks being cheked. All i can say is thanks.

  • You shouldn't care if their are checking for drunk drivers the point is it's unconstitutional. They do one thing than another than it's nazi Germany here in the US.

  • I'm not a fan of the DWI/DUI checkpoints but if they get the drunk off the street that might have hurt my family, then I would agree. But if they weren't drunk, then their car shouldn't be towed, even without insurance. I once went through a DUI checkpnt with an old registration card (I was valid, but didn't have my card) The cop let me go as long as I showed proof in 2 days.I thought that was fair.BTW The Patriot act has nothing to do with this. The narrator knows this-He's full of BS,or just stupid

  • just a way to generate money

  • my girlfriend works for a local law agency and she told me not even portland cops like gresham cops. she was PO'd. Gresham cops also like to have a "plainclothes" pretend to leap in front of your car so they can bag you for $175 - if you're stuck in traffic they will be on motorbikes hiding between buildings looking to see what they can bag you on

  • Oh yeah! I was in Gresham with my girlfriends' brand new car and they wanted to check my papers Towed her car away becuase "no insurance" NOT had to get an affidavit saying she had insurance. meanwhile cops made $100 off me and tow truck made $150 Never got the money back and found out they do this all the time

  • i got nailed in fairview on 84 and the cop (fairview police)was supercool. i had a couple beers in me and told him so, did the field test and he said i was "borderline drunk." he let me go. i shook his hand.

  • If you want more info like this, PLEASE Look at :

  • The sad thing is when the guy asked if she thought it was tyrannical what they were doing and she just laughed at it probably because she doesn't know wtf the word means just like the rest of these corporate cum guzzling media induced orgy frenzy fiends lost in the tides of the monarchy

  • The police all over the country have been doing these for a long time. They are DUII check points. It has nothing to do with the patriot act, or homeland defense. They did it on the Burnside bridge because it is one of just a few ways out of downtown Portland to the eastside, and also the quickest easiest way out of the "entertainment district." How do I know? If you watch the begining of the video again, you will see a tow truck. I was driving it.

  • well thats makes you skum

  • it always starts as something the public will tolerate. it's so depressing that so many americans know SO LITTLE about history.

  • What the hell?? Not even close to what was happening i bet. The police dont randomly stop people unless there doing DUI stops or have something lagit to do. Notice that they never waited for PPB's public relations officer.

  • Anthony, did you ever find out what was actually going on? This seems so unlike Portland, OR. Had there been a child abduction or something?

  • oh my god... i work a few blocks from here and I never even knew this happened!

  • so true

  • Anthony J Hilder serves to remind us all that we may think we are free .... but we are not. We are getting used to the government taking away our rights to"protect" us. Just how far will the police state go in suppressing us? What conditions must happen before they impose martial law upon us if we dont behave. We MUST keep control of the government in the hands of the people and not the political Kabals.

  • dang man, these are really good videos, and they get me pissed off at the government, so i guess your doing your job

  • If I had not seen this with my own eyes. I would have not believed it myself. Thak you Alex for making this available on the net for all of us to see the true nature of authority here in America.
