Contrary to what the sun/express tell you, immigration has been declining in this country thanks to the points-based system. The whole point of immigration is to bring in people with skills where there's a deficiency of people with those skills in order to do a job. It's positive for economic growth. When there is a shortage of labour, then OK. allow some in! Why keep the gates open at this moment when there is more jobs being lost everyday? Contrary to what the sun/express tell you, immigration has been declining in this country thanks to the points-based system. The whole point of immigration is to bring in people with skills where there's a deficiency of people with those skills in order to do a job. It's positive for economic growth. And yes, contrary to their image, the BNP simply use euphemisms to disguise their racism- it's telling that they only allowed non-whites into their party because they were forced to by the law.

- for the 'majority' of people that do work, many immigrants are prepared to work harder and more hours
- we have evolved as a society to be very tolerant compared to most countries...that itself makes us better than them
